What should I do if I received the wrong item?Updated a year ago

We sincerely apologize if you receive an incorrect item in your order. Upon your notification, we will provide a return label for the wrongly shipped item. Once you ship the incorrect item back to us, we have two options for you:

  • We can ship the correct item to you as per your original order.
  • If you prefer to cancel the incorrect order, we can process a refund for you.
