Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Refund & Exchange policy:
Original sales receipt must accompany returns with return ID clearly on outside. We accept AudioVision product returns for exchange or refund for unopened/not used product(s) within the 14 business days upon receiving. There is a 15% restocking fee that will need to be collected for ALL returns. If you received FREE SHIPPING than you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost we paid. The customer is required to get in touch with AudioVision Customer service staff by either email or phone prior to creating RMA Return.
At our sole discretion after 14 calendar days, we do not accept AudioVision product returns.
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- Without showing signs of wear or damage.(Fingerprints on the screen or scratches to the screen cover from trying to clean fingerprints off after using the item will result in a declined return)
- Within 14 calendar days of the delivery date (after 14 days no returns are allowed)
- Must not be a special order or a custom order.
- Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than the 14 days noted in that item's particular item description.
- All wiring must be in the same condition as when you received the item. (removing stickers from the GPS Antenna or 4G Antenna or cutting any wires will result in a declined return)
- All of our products are fully tested for quality assurance prior to shipping. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us at [email protected] as some issues can be caused to user error.
- We do not ship out our radios for you to test your vehicle.
- If your vehicle radio isn’t working prior to ordering you may have other issues, we will not accept returns due to vehicle issues causing the radio not to function properly.
- If you purchase our product and your vehicles plug or radio is listed as "Non Compatible" on the product page, we will not accept a return. Please confirm fitment prior to purchasing if you have any doubts.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please e-mail [email protected] with photo evidence immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a full refund.
ALL returns and refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. It is customers responsibility to contact us within 14 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. If the return is approved and we are at fault the customer will receive 100% refund and not be charged a restocking fee.
Items returned to us AFTER 14 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. If we are at fault the customer is 100% refunded.
